Our Peach White Balsamic Vinegar is produced in Modena, Italy from local grapes and aged in oak barrels. The peaches are picked when perfectly ripe, crushed and left to ferment naturally; the juice is added for a sweet and fruity vinegar. Recommended for red meat, chicken, salad greens, fruit salads, ice cream and soft cheese. Pairs well with Brava Gourmet Basil olive oil and Arbequina are two favorites.
Gluten Free, NO Artificial flavorings, thickening agents or additives. May contain sulfites.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, wine vinegar, concentrated peach juice.

This delightful white peach balsamic vinegar is not too sharp, but has lots of flavor. I use it in many of my dishes (meat and vegetables). I used to use Harvest Hill brand peach balsamic but like this product much more. It is very high-quality and delicious!
