Twisted Elvis Peach Jalapeno Sandwich
2 Tbsp. BG Peach Jalapeno Jam
2 Tbsp. cashew butter; or peanut butter or almond butter
Cinnamon Swirl Bread
2 ripe bananas (firm but not mushy)
2 Tbsp. butter
Prepare sandwich by spreading 1 Tbsp. of BG Apricot Jalapeno jam and 1 Tbsp. cashew butter on two pieces of cinnamon bread. Mash bananas and take ½ mixture to spread on the cinnamon bread to complete the sandwich. Repeat for second sandwich. Melt butter over medium heat and grill on both sides until golden brown.
**These sandwiches can also be made in French Toast Style. Dunk the sandwiches in an egg batter before pan frying.
