Sautéed Basil Broccoli & Cauliflower
½ Lb. Broccoli Florets
½ Lb. Cauliflower tops
¼ cup of BG Fresh Basil Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet to medium high. Add cauliflower and sauté about 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli and continue to sauté until tender. Salt and pepper to taste; for a bit of a kick, add ½ Tsp. of red pepper flakes when sautéing.
