Roasted Brussels Sprout’s with a Dash of Pumpkin Spice Vinegar

1 Lb. Brussels sprouts

3 Tbsp. of BG Olive Oil, Arbosana is an excellent choice

½ Tsp. kosher salt

1.2 Tsp. pepper

BG Pumpkin Spice Vinegar


Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and discard any outer yellow leaves. Mix the olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour the sprouts into the bowl to lightly coat. Pour onto a sheet pan and roast for 35-40 minutes on 400°F. Sprouts should be crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. For a special treat, drizzle with BG Pumpkin Spice vinegar and serve.
