Quick and Fabulous Chicken

¼ of BG Harvest Garlic olive oil

¼ of BG Honey Ginger Artisan Vinegar

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

¼ tsp. kosher salt

¼ tsp. crushed red pepper


Place each chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound each breast flat to about ½ inch thickness, remove plastic wrap. Place all 4 breasts in a freezer bag. Combine the Harvest Garlic olive oil and Honey Ginger Vinegar, salt, red pepper in a bowl and whisk to create marinade. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag and allow the chicken to marinate for up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

TO GRILL: Remove the chicken from the bag, grill the chicken over medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side (allow chicken to reach internal temperature of 170°F). Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes, serve.
