Lemon Marmalade Chicken
¼ cup of BG Lemon Marmalade
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1.5 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Prepare marinade by mixing BG Lemon Marmalade Jam, soy sauce, honey, red pepper and garlic in a bowl. Place chicken in a large freezer bag; pour marinade over the chicken, marinate for at least one hour-up to 24 hours in refrigerator.
To Grill: Place chicken on medium high grill approximately 4-5 minutes on each side.
To Bake: Preheat oven to 350° F and bake approximately 45 minutes.
Chicken should reach internal temperature of 170°F when cooked.
