Kadota Fig Prosciutto Panini
¼ cup of BG Kadota Fig Jam
2 French Rolls, sliced in half horizontally
4 slices of Moazzarella (Havarti, Cheddar may be substituted)
4 slices Prosciutto
Fresh Greens such as Basil or Arugula
Open French rolls and spread 1.5 Tbsp. of BG Kadota Fig Jam on both sides of roll. Layer the Prosciutto, Mozzarella and Basil on bottom half of the roll. Place top half on bottom half. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat or use a Panini maker. Cook at least 3-5 minutes until roll is golden brown, cheese has melted and crispy.
