Baked Garlic Sweet Potato Fries
¼ cup of BG’s Harvest Garlic olive oil
1.5 lbs. of sweet potato fries
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. of Herbs de Provence
Heat the oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil coated with a light cooking spray. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into ½ inch wide strips. Coat the potatoes with BG’s Harvest Garlic olive oil and sprinkle with Herbs de Provence, turning then to coat evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes with a spatula/tongs. Serve warm.
