Balsamic Dolce is produced in Modena, Italy using traditional methods. The finest of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes are selected; gently pressed, cooked, and aged in wooden barrels. The result is a very thick, sweet and rich flavor. Pair with BG olive oils, use in sauces, marinades, salad dressings and desserts.
